Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership & People Partnering
- Translate the European people strategy into impactful local initiatives that support the EBS Centre’s growth, culture and long-term capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, providing strategic insights on workforce planning, organizational development and change readiness.
HR Operations, Policies & Employee Relations
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations ensuring consistent, compliant and high-quality service delivery in partnership with HRBPs and central HR teams.
- Manage employee relations cases with fairness and professionalism, offering clear guidance on performance, behavior and conflict resolution.
Leadership Development & Capability Building
- Coach and guide managers to strengthen people leadership, elevate team performance and build a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Identify capability gaps and targeted learning, coaching and development opportunities that accelerate individual and team growth.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Support
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract high-quality colleagues and ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience.
- Contribute to building the Centre’s local employer brand, helping position the organization as a destination for growth-minded professionals in Latvia.
Employee Experience, Culture & Engagement
- Shape a positive, inclusive employee environment by designing initiatives that improve onboarding, engagement, well-being and retention.
- Analyze engagement insights and lead action plans that strengthen team cohesion, internal communication and a supportive working environment.
Data-Driven HR & Budget Management
- Maintain accurate HR data and use analytics to identify trends, improve decision-making and propose enhancements to people processes and procedures.
- Manage the local HR budget, ensuring accurate planning, forecasting and alignment with organizational priorities.
